Wednesday.

Just a very short post tonight. I enjoyed a much needed lazy day today. I think we all needed it. We did pop over to see lovely friends for a short while and I think the children might have been really pleased to see their friends. They tend to "only" see them 3 or 4 times a week!! ;)

We are currently decorating a room in our house that has been a bit of a dumping ground since we moved here nearly 8 years ago. All that is left to do is paint the floorboards and then fill the room with all our books, learning resources and crafting stuff! (This is my favourite bit!!) Our floor paint was delivered today so by the end of the week I hope to be able to post about our NEW room! I am very excited! Phil has worked really hard on this room and I am very grateful to him. He is quite a perfectionist, so I know it will be worth the wait!

Still managing to stick to our meal plan. Tonight was burgers, homemade potato wedges (for the children) and salad.
